Profile

Dr. Levy is responsible for upkeep, validation and improvement of the NASA-MODIS aerosol retrieval algorithms and products.  Along with developing a highly useful and successful product, he has collaborated with research groups around the world.  Dr. Levy’s research has ranged from applications of new algorithm development, monitoring surface air quality, aerosol/cloud interactions and aerosol trends.
