Ralph Kahn (613.2) participated in the NASA-Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency
(JAXA) Workshop on the Advanced Composition Explorer (ACE) Mission, Kauai, Hawaii, July 29-August 1, 2008.

Thomas Bell (613.2) will attend the NASA Precipitation Science Team Meeting and present a poster entitled, "Diurnal and Weekly Cycles of TRMM Rain Retrievals Compared with Lightning Data", Fort Collins, CO, August 4-7, 2008.

Robert Cahalan (613.2), Christina Hsu (613.2), Ralph Kahn (613.2), Alexander Marshak (613.2), Steven Platnick (613.2), Si-Chee Tsay (613.2), Warren Wiscombe (613.2) and other Laboratory members will attend the International Radiation Symposium (IRS) 2008 Meeting in Foz do Iguacu, Brazil, August 4-8, 2008.
