Support for Atmospheric Sciences Procurement Library

Earth Resources Technology, Inc. (ERT) is the incumbent prime contractor on the Evaluations, Assessments, Studies, Services, and Support (EASSS) contract administered by NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC). The NASA contracting officer for EASSS has issued a letter to ERT stating that, if ERT were awarded the Support for Atmospheric Science (SAS) contract (DRFP NNG11313056J) in support of the Laboratory for Atmospheric Science (Code 613) of NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), the award would result in a number of conflicts of interest under the EASSS contract that cannot be appropriately mitigated, while ensuring acceptable performance of ERT’s contractual responsibilities.
